The Sirela App is intended for parents, guardians, and registered school transport operators. Users must be at least 18 years old to register. By using the App, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Sirela immediately of any unauthorized access. Sirela may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Using the App

The App provides real-time school transport tracking and related services. You agree to use the App responsibly, only for its intended purpose, and in accordance with all applicable laws, including POPIA. You must not attempt to access unauthorized areas, interfere with App functionality, or collect data for unrelated purposes.

4. User Content and Responsibilities

Users may provide information through the App, including child and transport details. You confirm that all information submitted is accurate and lawful. You must not provide content that is harmful, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others. Sirela reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

By using the Sirela App, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You must ensure that you have the necessary consent to provide information about minors.

6. Payments

If you pay for services through the App, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All fees are clearly indicated, and users are responsible for applicable taxes. Sirela may suspend access to paid services for accounts with unpaid fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Sirela App is a tool for tracking and notifications related to school transport. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, Sirela is not responsible for accidents, delays, or incidents that occur during transport. The App does not guarantee the safety of children.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Sirela App are owned by Sirela or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Termination

Sirela may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, operational reasons, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your access to the App and services will end immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
